Hyperlink to PDF does not work

Hi Nick. I hope you can help me. I have one problem that keeps bugging me for a few months already. And I've tried everything to solve this. Whenever I try to click the hyperlink to download the pdf version of my CV from this link, it seems the link is not clickable in some of the browser that I used. But, when I rendered the different version of my CV, the link works perfectly fine. Can you help me point out where my mistakes are? Thanks.
