Optionally render in transclusions and other areas

I'm loving using this, but it looks like it doesn't render in transcluded link embeds. Could this be added?

More generally, it would be nice to optionally render matched text in frontmatter YAML, backticked-text, quotes (lines starting with > ), transclusions, and maybe other areas too. I'd love to have a way to specify where to render or not render per highlight entry.

I've also noticed that this doesn't work yet in callouts.

This will require #26 to be implemented first. Once it works in preview mode, it will automatically work in embeds and callouts. I have not started work on preview mode support but it's on the roadmap.
