Update npm version bundled with node-chakracore #550

At the moment when installing node-chakracore v10.1.0 it comes bundled with npm 5.6.0.
Node 10+ (V8) comes bundled with npm 6+.

This should shake out when node-chakra makes it to 10.3.0 where Node's npm dep was updated to 6.1.
