So they could be used in scripts without issue, is there a way to auto-accept the EULA agreement on first run?

I couldn't find anything that looked relevant in %APPDAT%, so is the information that the tool has already been accepted and run in the registry? If the relevant registry key is made in the script, can this be done that way?
