Create a user interface to allow a user to search the model and filter results.

Requirements:

User enters search terms
User enters initial filtering criteria
Tool runs the API's search service and returns results
Tool uses pagination to limit the number of results
User filters results
Pass: Tool displays search results
Fail: Tool displays no results found message and displays search tips
