Is it possible to install kmodes with following latest packages
numpy 1.13.1
scipy 0.19.1
scikit-learn 0.19.0

I just made some fixes to the master branch that allow this. You will have to build from source, since the latest kmodes packages still have the old, stricter dependency checking. (Especially scikit-learn==0.19.0 will give problems, I believe.)
