We discussed "online consultations" at the October Style Council meeting but agreed to meet with Dom and with the NHS App team to explore how best to deal with wording around online consultations in:

  • content that hands users over to an online consultation supplier
  • legal content, for example, privacy policies that mention online consultation suppliers by name/brand
