Prototype kit: Expand the guidance topics and detail

What

We need to look at expanding our guidance topics and the detail of each. We need to understand what users think isn't covered.

Why

From previous user research about community contribution, some users feel that the current guidance is lacking some detail or didn't cover enough topics.

Done when

• We've reviewed GDS guidance to see what they cover and compared with our own
• We should set up a survey to ask users if they found what they are looking for
• Do some Public Slack analysis into common questions
• Review service manual email inbox
