What

Users often like to make copies of pages and versions of whole flows so that they've always got the previous version of the thing they worked on. We need to standardise this way of working.

Why

Prototypes can quickly get messy, bulky and confusing. People seem to do it in different ways and this might cause confusion between users.

Done when

  • A comparison is made of how users are currently versioning
  • A design proposal is made
  • A proposal is tested with users
  • Guidance is added to the How-to section
