Use this issue to discuss how we help users contact their GP surgery through the NHS App.

These are formally known as 'online consultation services'.

Other information

User research has found the term 'online consultations' is often misunderstood, so we do not use it in public-facing NHS App content as per the NHS service manual content guide. See: nhsuk/nhsuk-service-manual-community-backlog#426
