Duplicate files in display after creation #4869

Same duplicate file issue experienced in Nextcloud 12.0.0. After page reload there is only one file. Occurs in Chrome 60.0.3112.78, Firefox 54.0, and IE 11.0.9600.18738. Steps to reproduce:

Please update to 12.0.2. We did some fixes for this problem. If this still happens we are happy to reopen this. Also existing files should be fixed during the upgrade. |

Hi, I think i've found a visualization problem.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behaviour
One file created
Actual behaviour
One file created but 2 visualized. After page reload the problem goes away.
