Add max share size to public upload

Since it is possible to let external people upload files to your public share (OCS Share api publicUpload=1), would it be possible to limit the share with a max share size? So in case someone tries to abuse it with uploading a lot of large files, the share size is limited.

I am going to close this since there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest and no respond since around 2 years. Please reopen if you still want to implement this.
