Loading dark icon not visible enough

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #7724 (The loading icon is not at the same position as the checkbox it replaces), #411 (Custom theme filetypes icons not loaded), #649 (Use dark icons for app management), #5157 (Icon inconsistency), and #4260 (Share link (public link) shows loading icon forever).

But actually what’s wrong with it is that the spinny part (the 1/4 of the circle) should be lighter, not darker than the 3/4. (Guess this is caused by simple inversion of the values?)
