IOS app refuses to save .md extension on newly created text files #541

My 13.0 server includes the Markdown Editor app. Running iOS app 2.20.6 on ipad.

Then, I change the name from untitled.txt to untitled.md before saving.

The iOS app for Nextcloud refuses to change the extension of the new text file to *.md

I see this related issue #471 and I’d also like to connect server issue #24

There also seems to be no way to re-name files from the iOS app after they are created. I can open the text files, but cannot figure out how to re-name them.

I have the same problem with the app not letting me save it as md initially, but it does work if I swipe left, click the three dots, and select “rename” from the menu
