Impersonate without the route via Administrative account page

Feature request

Because of nextcloud/server#50067 impersonation doesnt work for me currently and its the only thing that cannot be done via CLI and therefore my only mandatory use case for the administrative account page.

Therefore I would propose some alternative method to impersonate a selected user, like for example: please give use a text/userselect-field + impersonate-Button on a separate page.
