Only remote directories are "master" directories

At the moment it is impossible to create a local directory inside a synced directory without the new directory being synced. If the new directory is unchecked in the sync client, it will be removed from local disk.

It should be possible to select and de-select directories on local disk and remote storage for syncing.

Perhaps a notification could ask for the new directory being synced, just like when a large new remote directory appears?
