App tries to "fetch most recent version of the file" while VPN is in waiting for usable network mode

Actual behaviour

• Nextcloud app tries to fetch newest version of synced file while vpn is in offline/waiting for usable network mode

Expected behaviour

• Nextcloud should show synced file while vpn is in offline/waiting for usable network mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable internet connection (e.g. wifi) and connect to a VPN through openVPN
2. Download a file for offline mode (just sync it)
3. Disable internet connection (vpn still connected, icon is shown in status bar)
4. Open Nextcloud app and click on that synced file

-> Nextcloud app tries to download the newest version of that file because it is thinking it has an internet connection

-> You cannot view the synced file without disconnecting the vpn in offline mode

Environment data

Android version: 7.1.2 (Lineage 14.1)

Nextcloud app version: 3.3.0 RC1

Nextcloud server version: 14.0
