Container Notify Push won't start #3740

This appears to be the same issue as with mine #3741 |
I'm in the same situation. On servers where I don't use Docker, the same problem occurs after updating notify_push to the latest version. The solution on my side was by restarting the setup procedure of

(please do check for existing issues when reporting a problem, that saves the maintainer time that's better spend on fixing problems rather than de-duplicating github issues) |
