Remove category breakdowns in Filter/Facet lists

Attributes are collected into potentially arbitrary categories for display in the Facet and Filter lists. A more expected outcome from a user perspective is likely to simply have attributes listed alphabetically, rather than trying to figure out which category the attribute lives under.

Also, this will simply code and configuration set up.
