[github] Supporting the new GitHub issue types #1393

Additionally to the issue labels, GitHub now offers issue types (like Bug, Task or Feature).

These can be displayed in the Ontrack issue change logs at the same level as the labels.

Next UI only.

The issue type of an issue seems to be available using GraphQL when enabling some feature flags as a header.
