Clarify/Simplify how the logout/shutdown works #19

right now you have to stop your server manually before you logout. Or, if you log out without shutting down the server, then the server continues to run. I think the request is that logout = logout + server shutdown.

Just to add some context here, to the average user I think "logout" implies shutting down the server (which it doesn't actually do). It's not intuitive to me that the actual desired behavior is to click "Hub Control Panel", which opens a new tab/window, and then "stop my server", when the "logout" button is right there.

In my fantasy world, there would be a big red "shut down server" button at the top of every session, that requires a single click to shut down without opening any new tabs.
