Relative line numbers are "frozen" when you have visual line selection in vim keybindings

In Shift + v selection mode the absolute line counter is stuck at the place where you initiated the visual selection mode.

Here the absolute line counter should be 3 lines higher, instead.

Though it works as intended if you scroll down instead of scrolling up (like in the example)
