'Show my name publicly' not being honoured

Reported before against posts. Your name appears in report form, you keep the display name box unticked. Submit report, then look at report on web and your name is displayed publicly, so you then have to email to get it removed.
Last post I just submitted deliberately put in wrong name!

Having spent some time looking into this and submitting lots of reports with various permutations of being signed in/not signed in/signing in when reporting I've not been able to reproduce the bug at all.

The closest I could find to an explanation was the label for the name field being associated with the tick box, so perhaps users were tapping that and it was inadvertently toggling the tickbox?

Looking at the last six months' reports on the live site, 39% made via the website show the user's name vs 34% on Android and 33% on iOS. These figures don't make me think there is a huge number of people suffering from this issue.

In any case, I've made the app default to hiding the user's name, so unregistered taps on that tickbox will now fail in a more safe direction.
