@jeffstahlnecker when selecting chinese translation it just gives 404

I did an initial look and the crowdin CLI isn't accepting the --config flag stated in the docusaurus documentation. Instead of troubleshooting this, I'll start migrating to 2.0. facebook/docusaurus#3317 -- they'll be supporting multilingual soon.
