A keyboard shortcut should open a modal dialog box (like the macOS search thing-y), in which the user can type and fuzzy search will quickly find the corresponding page number, surah (by name or number), hizb, ruku', etc. Just press enter to go to the best match, arrow keys to move up and down results.

Commands should also be typable in that box, theme to change the theme, etc.
