do it like onboarding of stretchly, give first open prompt with three choices:

welcome guide and tour (using this: https://github.com/kamranahmedse/driver.js)
settings customization
directly open app

include contact and website, and tell them this item can be accessed anytime by pressing / or opening settings and pressing help
