End User update custom field via Request function

Hi,

Is it possible to add a function so that end user can update the custom field via Request function? Currently the custom field update function only available for Ticket function which is only open for agent.

are you thinking that you would like to just call a function that updates a custom_field on a ticket?

So for the very delayed response but I added a new UpdateRequest overload that takes a request and comment, this should give you what you need.
