A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#5622.

Updating the css `env()` function to enable selection by index from a list of pre-defined environment variables

RESOLVED: Develop a list and matrix version of variable references so that we can pull various pieces of an env() out, and the syntax we choose for these variables should match the MQ for it

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
