PDF open parameter is ignored with non-default Scroll/Spread modes

Link is required since the issue is how the URI is handled.

Configuration:

• Web browser and its version: Firefox 106.0.4.
• Operating system and its version: Fedora 35.
• PDF.js version: the one included with Firefox.
• Is a browser extension: yes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. https://www.pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/xml-mkiv.pdf#page=21 doesn’t open page 21, but the first one.
2. https://opensource.adobe.com/dc-acrobat-sdk-docs/standards/pdfstandards/pdf/PDF32000_2008.pdf#page=35 does display page 35.

What is the expected behavior? (add screenshot)

Open page 21 with https://www.pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/xml-mkiv.pdf#page=21.

What went wrong? (add screenshot)

It just opens first page from document (as if the link read https://www.pragma-ade.com/general/manuals/xml-mkiv.pdf and no #page=21 parameter was being used).
