setting up offline

hi - I'm trying to run webmaker on an offline server, so people will not need to constantly upload and download

The biggest problem is registration and login. After I tried to create the first user, I haven't been able to access the registration or login page. Instead I get redirected to this URL:

and I get this message, verbatim:

403: {"statusCode":403,"error":"Forbidden","message":"auth code expired"}

did I not set up the database correctly?

Edit: I was able to create another user in another browser, but then that bad token prevents me from returning to the login and signup pages, too. Is this an issue with how I set up the environment / login tokens?
