[Issue]: PC resolution will be set to 720p when I choose 1440p on my Android

Describe the bug

This did not happen on other resolutions
when I choose 4k, my pc will be set to 4k ,too
only 1440p was failed

Steps to reproduce

I was using GeForce Experience to start streaming.
I installed moonlight on my Android
I stored Steam into game list
I chose resolution 1440p on my moonlight on Android
I started Steam fullscreen
my PC resolution was set to 720p
