Evaluation Metrics

Hi,

In the paper, the authors mention using certain evaluation metrics; however, the script for these metrics is not provided. Would it be possible to share the script to ensure I can reproduce the results?

@yusrialsanaani Thank you for your interest in our work and your inquiry. We apologize for the delayed response as we have been occupied with multiple research tasks. Regarding the evaluation metrics used, since previous studies have already evaluated synthetic MRI images, we utilized the evaluation metric codes directly from their official repositories:

1. MMD, 3D-FID - HA-GAN paper (https://github.com/batmanlab/HA-GAN)
2. MS-SSIM - CCE-GAN paper (https://github.com/ShiboXing/Improved-3dbraingen/)

These codes are in PyTorch and TensorFlow and are based on older versions. To utilize these original evaluation metrics without modification, we employed Docker containers for each evaluation. As a result, the complex configurations of these containers were not included in our GitHub repository.

MSE - We utilized MeanSquaredError directly from the torchmetrics library.
