avr-gcc source unknown

Hi ,

I am having great difficulty making a build of you code, as on Mac "make" command works, but avr-gcc version 4.9 is nowhere to be found and on PC avr-gcc is available, but "make" command not working well as part of cygwin64 package.

Can you please publish compiled hex file, to test if I can at least flash my board?
I greatly appreciate your help.
