Ok - so I'm a bit behind the times, but just discovered log_i and log_e

Should transition the debugging activity to Log_i (info) and Log_e(error

Figure out syntax including argument substitution
Leave inside #ifdef's for space saving - or maybe as a macro
Swap some - Serial.println to log_i log_e
Maybe swap the rest
