Can No Longer Click On Minimap

Issue Type: Bug

Since this build it is no longer possible to click on the minimap to jump to a position in code. Instead one is forced to drag the view-highlight in the minimap.

VS Code version: Code - Insiders 1.36.0-insider (9ff8ae0, 2019-06-21T05:18:36.348Z)
