Test for #45643:

Complexity: 3

In this milestone we are surfacing LogPoints in the Breakpoints API via the "logMessage" attribute.

Create an extension based on the code from #42321 to verify that the logMessage has the correct value and that you can create LogPoints from the extension.

(Or write an extension that dumps all breakpoints to a file and reads them back...)
