Environment data

VS Code version: 1.28.2 (system setup)
Extension version (available under the Extensions sidebar): 2018.10.1
OS and version: win10 x64 & 24G mem
Python version (& distribution if applicable, e.g. Anaconda): anaconda 5.3.x(python3.7) & python2.7

python language server get memory leak and use the cpu all the time.

Did you try enabling/disabling Jedi?

I don't get it how to resolve the problem.
i had reset the jedi to enabling/disabling.
