Describe the Issue

Environment

I'm using the latest version on MacOS

Configs

these are my only custom configs, so I basically have default configs:

{
   "dotnet.testWindow.disableAutoDiscovery": false,
}

Problem

Whenever I change a test file name the tests do not run anymore, there no log errors in the vscode outputs, only the build command runs.

Workaround

Close the vscode and open again

See guys, this is not a problem that prevents me to work, I just need to avoid renaming test files, but it seems a bug to me and I wanna help you to have a better extension.
