doenst install the package with VS Project targeting .NET Standard

hmm works form pm console Install-Package Microsoft.ConnectedDevices.Xamarin.Droid -Version 0.8.0
but not from nuget UI

@hannespreishuber thanks for reporting, glad you found a workaround. I'll create a bug to investigate.
