Issue Type: Bug

Two days ago I opened up VScode and liveshare suddenly did not work.

I tried reinstalling and installing the several versions that exist for vscode, but that couldn't solve the problem.

Extension version: 1.0.5418

I'm experiencing the same issue on Arch Linux, in all of Code OSS, VS Code and VS Code Insiders from AUR
Only the flatpak seems to work.

Doing repair install does not fix it.
Trying to manually run any of the Live Share: commands from the pallet results in a Command Not Found error

In fact this fixed it:

Thanks!

I really don't know how I didn't run into that earlier, but you are actually right.
