While working from home, live share helps a lot to collaborate with my teammates. My system specs are overclocked ryzen 5600x, 16GB 3600MHz RAM, Gen4 SSD and Ubuntu (OS). During every live share, my system hangs after 10mins and the only way out is to hard restart.
During this, my swap space was around 2 gigs. So I formatted the system reinstalled Ubuntu with 28 GBs of swap space. And now, during live share, my RAM is 100% and swap consumption goes to around 14GBs
(This screenshot is taken just after my teammate left the session)
Without VSCode Live share my RAM consumption was around 3 - 4 GBs. What I have noticed is that memory consumption grows over time and end up eating everything until the system is chocked. And my Live session is always with a 1 person.
