Following up from #2459

Currently, all of the Ruby IT tests are broken due to this issue.

This one is a bit trickier, I'm still struggling to understand ruby package constraints. But it seems that ruby isn't always pulling latest in some cases.
The type is part of the 0.14.0 version microsoft/kiota-abstractions-ruby@v0.13.0...v0.14.0
But you need to make sure all other kiota packages are latest as well or v0.13.0 ends up being pulled instead.

I don't think we've made any update to Ruby since the creation of this issue.
