CSharp generator type references doesn't disambiguate with namespaces in some cases

looking at the logs the Kiota generated SDKs in dotnet have fail to build because the Search namespace is conflicting with a Search type and the reference to the type should be disambiguated.
The log also contains a lot of member hidden entries, but ignore them for the purpose of this investigation (search for error)
