Productivity Skills need documentation steps or script to create auth settings

Description

When following deployment instructions for the productivity Skills there aren't the manual authentication connection steps documented (or a script) to create these. These were moved out of the previous documentation as were automated for add-remote-skill functionality.

It's valid to expect to dev/test the skills without a VA so these steps do need to be added for "local" mode development.

To Reproduce

• Deploy the Calendar/Email/Todo Skill
• Try to use in Emulator

Expected behavior

• Documentation or script to automate creation of auth connection, this can be used as a base but needs updating to reflect lack of .bot files.
