Consider using bookmarking script as enhancmenent [site]

Hi,

The kramdown is configured to render unique ids for headers, but there is no really a way for users to bookmark a section from docs.
Let me explain:

• there is a way to bookmark entire page: Getting Started
• there is no way to point user to Step 3 Configure WiFi (I hacked the link)

This could be done with a vanilla JS or a lib like anchor-js and as the results can improve users experience).
As that is an enhancement the script can be loaded lazily after the page loads
