Repro Steps

Drag any folder from WSL to Windows explorer Quick access and try to access. It fails with the following error

Similarly right click the folder from WSL and send to desktop shortcut, it works.

Quick access was working fine and breaks after 24H2 update. I had issues with the wsl settings app also not working. Had to download the binary from releases and rerun
