WSL terminating kali before it can install a package or a tweak #11847

Turns out, I just needed to update it. everything is working smoothly now |

Repro Steps
Try to download something with this same setup. I have no clue what screwed it up, CMD or PowerShell keeps interrupting it halfway through.
Expected Behavior
The files get downloaded and everything is ok.
Actual Behavior
Powershell/CMD Terminate it before it can finish, and then it returns to just a normal Powershell/CMD window.
