Use Ctrl + Shift + N in Windows Explorer

✔️ Expected Behavior

A new folder gets created in the file explorer

❌ Actual Behavior

New window opens with the template folder of New+

Are you using on PowerToys 0.88?
Seems like a duplicate of #36387 that is supposed to be fixed in 0.88.
Can you check if there is an upgrade of PowerToys available?
