When context menu is open, the New+ menu should be viewed

New+ should be showing on the context menu

New+ is not showing on the context menu

Could you report on the languages you have installed or set in your Windows?

I'm using in Portuguese (Brazilian), so it's not French/Canada version, like this one.

Yeah, me too, though I use EN-US. The bug seems to be related to having any language other than en-us installed. There have been reports about Hebrew and other languages. They have been closing them in favor of this first thread. Except the Hebrew one, for some reason.
