It would be great to have an option for toggling "always on top" using only the mouse. For example, by having button in each window's titlebar, next to "minimize", "maximize" and "close" buttons. Or this functionality could be reachable via some on-hover popup, the same way Windows 11 provides extended snap layouts popup on hovering the "maximize" button.
Possible solutions (photoshop):
checkbox in popup
titlebar button
Scenario when this would be used?
For mouse-oriented users, it's not convenient to have only keyboard hotkey as a way to toggle Always on Top mode for a specific window
